Johnny Wave BUTLER Age 67, died peacefully Wednesday, December 2, 2009 in Des Moines, WA. Johnny is survived by his son, Wave "John" Butler; mother, Edith Butler; brother, Gene (Mary) Butler; two nieces, Sarena Jacobs (Ken) and Desiree Kane (Ted); great-niece, Violet Kane; friend, Sharon Butler-Aspinall (Eric). He was preceded by his father, Wave in 2001 and his sister, Viola in 1984. Committal services will be held on December 9, 2009 at 2:00 pm at BONNEY-WATSON Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA (206) 2420-1787. A Cele bration of his Life Service will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Waterland Church, 21650 - 24th Ave nue S., Des Moines, WA 98198.
